BOOKING AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION
A deposit of $50 is required upon confirmation of your booking for us to hold the accommodation for you. This payment is non-refundable.
We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit into our bank account. We do require your deposit at the time of the booking as we cannot guarantee your booking until the deposit is received.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is required upon arrival. If you wish to make payment prior to this date, you can do so via credit card over the phone, in person or transferred into our account.

CHECK IN/OUT
We ask our guests to check-in from 2pm on the arrival date and check-out prior to 10am on the departure date. An approximate check-in time will be requested when booking. Alternative arrangements can be made outside of these times with the booking manager, if required.
A key to our premises will be provided from Raymond Terrace Bowling Club on arrival when checking-in. When checking-out, we ask that the key is left on the kitchen bench of the property and the door locked securely behind you. If an early/late check in is requested, alternative arrangements will be made for key collection.

SECURITY BOND
Upon checking in (for security reasons) we request a photocopy of your ID and credit card details.
A security bond is required in the event of any damage, breakages, theft and loss occur to our premises. This damage will be reviewed by Hathaway management and if found to be a breach of our Terms and Conditions we will advise you and charge costs against your credit card. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excessive cleaning requirements.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION
If you wish to vary or cancel your booking, please contact us immediately on (02) 4987 2404. Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
If notice is given more than 10 days from check-in date and you have paid more than the deposit and wish to cancel your booking you will be refunded the amount paid less the deposit. Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen method of payment.

UNAVAILABILITY
If our premises become unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fire, storm, damage, etc we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy.

HATHAWAY FACILITIES
Hathaway House provides:
All bed linen and bathroom towels
A self-catering kitchen with crockery and cooking items within the kitchen cupboards for your use
A laundry to use during your stay with washing powder for your convenience
Ducted air-conditioning and heating
An undercover private parking area
Parking in front of premises
Internet access -
PETS
Hathaway is pet friendly accommodation and we welcome pets inside the premises.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the premises. We do request that your pets do not hop onto any furniture.

DAMAGES
Please notify staff of any incidents immediately on (02) 4987 2404.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the property, but is allowed outside and in the courtyard, please be mindful of other guest/s staying onsite. An ashtray is provided in the courtyard.

SECURITY
All windows and doors have separate locks, we ask when leaving the property that all windows and doors are locked so that the property stays secure.

LOCATION
We ask all guests staying to be mindful of surrounding neighbours, such as excessive noise as we are situated in a residential area.

CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
In the case of any concerns or complaints please inform our management team on (02) 4987 2404 at the earliest opportunity to enable us to address the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Where repair/service persons are required to attend the premises we seek your assistance in allowing access during reasonable hours.
